Welcome from Francine Allaire, Founder of The Daring™
Hello and welcome to The International Community of Daring Women (‘The Daring™’) - for short, a Global Community Where Women Connect, Soar, Share and Succeed Together!
As women we do business differently. We turn to other like-minded women for support and inspiration. Once we find the right support system, we have the confidence to see and seize the opportunities before us. We yearn to be in the company of strong, energetic, supportive women who confidently embrace win-win situations and delight in others’ achievements.
The Daring is that community. It’s where women connect, soar and share together globally. Women from across the United States, India, Australia, the U.K, and Canada are among the founding members of The Daring.
A woman’s handbag for success, The Daring brings together everything a woman needs to live her full personal and professional potential and embrace her magnificence: exposure, connections, collaboration, support, inspiration, information, empowerment, rewards, fun and celebration. Above all, members draw strength and inspiration from their most powerful asset, each other
You can do anything, but you can’t do it alone. It takes a community. It takes a network of spunky, sassy, savvy and spirited Daring women. Women who color outside the lines and envision the unthinkable.
I do not know about you, but I realize that my life is way more exciting if I work out my daring muscle each day no matter how difficult it might be at times. And here is what I know for sure: “Life begins at the end of our comfort zone.” Join me on a Daring Journey and help me create the organization that is ideal for you!

Debbe Magnusen and her husband Dave fostered over 30 drug-exposed babies, and yet were never handed the abandoned babies that she had hoped on helping. To date, Project Cuddle has rescued almost 550 babies from the fate of abandonment. To learn more and get involved with Project Cuddle please visit: www.projectcuddle.org

Profile of a Daring Woman
According to Webster’s dictionary, daring means: Willing to take or seek out risks, audacious, bravery, boldness, adventurous, courageous or fearless.
But that’s Webster’s and last time we checked, Webster’s isn’t a woman. So let me ask you: how do you define a Daring woman? Do you have a frame of reference that comes to mind, or are you guessing at what it takes? Like you, we were curious and we wanted to find out.
For the past 18 months, we have embarked on a life-changing journey. To find out what constitute a daring woman and what are the traits and characteristics that she exemplifies in her everyday life, my team and I conducted focus groups and countless individual interviews with successful women entrepreneurs, business owners and corporate leaders. Curious about what we found out? For more details, get your copy of the free mini-guide: How to Soar in Business and Life – The 7 Principles of Successful Daring Women, revealed!
A Daring Woman is many things. She is venturesome, active and enterprising. While she certainly can be a woman under the age of 35, and I personally know a few women who are, we have found that no matter how successful one is prior to that age, the insight and wisdom, not to mention the level of inner confidence, doesn’t show up as consistently as it does once a Daring Woman advances beyond 35. There are a myriad of other elements that embody a Daring Woman. Here are a few:
-
She looks to enrich her life through the addition of meaningful relationships, connections and knowledge.
-
She constantly seeks out news thrills and experiences and pushes herself beyond her comfort zone.
-
She accepts herself as she is, flaws and all, and embraces her uniqueness.
-
She is confident, warm and engaging and does not feel threatened by the success and achievement of other women.
-
She asks for what she wants and stands up for what she believes.
-
She lives her life on purpose and by her own rules, not by the needs and wants imposed on her by others.
-
She does not “put herself on sale”. She knows her worth and would not settle for less than what she deserves.
-
She promotes herself with ease and confidence and is always looking for new ways and venues to get the word out about her product, service or expertise.
-
She already is or has a plan for becoming financially free.
-
…and she is yearning to be in the company of like-minded women who desire the same things she does.
Have you embraced this side of yourself? Are you ready to join the ranks of Daring Women? We dare to believe that you are!
